Dear,

On New Year I wish

you can find something old

really old and ancient

something which never changes

something which is always new

may you find that which never changes

may you find peace this year

may you find Love this year

may you find awareness this year!

may you discover a year which never gets old!

Love

Suresh

Happy New Year and Best wishes!

May this year find you as happy
as you try to make others
    May your gifts be appreciated
And may life always offer you roses
    and bright days

    Happy New Year

    Alexa

When i was young we used to go on these family trips… and typically it would involve swimming in a river. For example one of the favorite places was the river at balmury falls. So I’d roam around in my shorts in the shallow parts of the river where it was just one or two feet. The river was flowing at a high speed, and the bed had smooth rocks and some jagged sharp edges as well. At some places the force of the water would almost put me off balance. And I would slip a few feet and get hurt by the stones or edges. It would be a bit intimidating actually to get swept away. But at some point, I would find a nice flat stone and sit on it, and get a really nice solid grip sitting on it. And then just enjoy the river. Everything around me is changing so fast… bubbles and water currents pushing me this way and that way. Your article makes me think of that kind of rock Suresh… :) course only as a metaphor!

Thanks so much Suresh best wishes to you and your family and all the readers out here as well ! :)
