the harder your try, chances are you get more tense.
relaxation doesn’t come thru efforts, it happens because you understand the nature of your mind. When you make efforts to relax – you are actually working thru your mind which is the source of your tension. In order to achieve relaxation you need to go beyond mind.
Prayer, Meditation, laughter are some of the ways you can beyond mind.
Meditation is nothing but effortless effort, It is nothing but no-mind or beyond mind. The moment you understand you are not your mind then you have found the source of relaxation.

yes it is very true you must think differently and do what is required to keep you cool and not get tensed it is great and a marvellous photograph hats off to your skills in photography it is amazing and I have no words to praise. opt words and matching photo will leave us stun and your message will take us out of this world.

Wonderful thought… If we are trying to escape from this present moment, there is no relaxation. Relaxation can be attained only after acceptance.

One thing that helps me to relax is soft rhythmic pulses. I listen to them and after a while I become one with the pulse.
It’s a strange sensations but 20minutes in this mental state gives me a very healthy amount of relaxation and strength for the rest of the day!
