In the middle of the storm when everything around you moves up and down there is one center inside you which is still unmoving! The art of meditation is to find that still pond inside you when you are surrounded by a storm.
The way to to face life’s challenges is not to find solution outside but to allow solutions to emerge from deep inside.
Once you find your center and thoughtless awareness inside you, with that still center you will definitely know, how to dance in rain when you are faced with the storm!
Once you find your center you have also found the secret of navigating Life !

indeed it’s easier to solve a problem when we look inside

Thank you for the wonderful reminder. The Art of meditation (some call it the prayer) equips the artists with the solid shield for journey through storms and makes the mastery of drawing into the creative work that blooms with artworks that comforts and inspire the beholder, teach him not to fear but enjoy the life.
Best wishes from Art by Tomas blog. Let’s rejoice over the sunbeam together.
